I focus on quality over speed, so please book accordingly and arrive on time. Deposits: Deposits are required to secure all appointments. No deposit = no appointment. Appointment Prep: Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of any previous styles. Excessive detangling and take downs will require booking the detangling and take down add ons. Hair Color Service Disclaimer Your hair’s health is my top priority. Every color service is customized based on your hair’s current condition, color history, and desired results. Please note: * A consultation is required for all color clients and is required for major color transformations or corrective color services. * Clients must disclose all previous color, bleach, henna, relaxers, keratin treatments, and other chemical services before their appointment. * Results cannot be guaranteed if your hair has been previously colored or chemically treated, as every head of hair responds differently. * Achieving lighter shades, vivid colors, or correcting previous color may require multiple appointments to maintain the integrity of your hair. * If your hair is determined to be too compromised to safely perform the requested service, I reserve the right to modify or decline the service in the interest of preserving your hair’s health. * Additional charges may apply for corrective color, excessive product usage, extra-long or high-density hair, or services requiring significantly more time than originally booked. By booking a color service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. Service Adjustment (Redo) Policy: Please inspect your hair before leaving your appointment. Any concerns brought to my attention before you leave can often be corrected immediately. Your satisfaction is important to The Chryzel Experience. If you believe there is an issue with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment by sending clear photos and a description of your concern. Complimentary service adjustments are available within 5 days of the original appointment when the concern is due to the quality of the service performed. Please note: * Adjustments are by appointment only. * Hair must not have been altered, washed, colored, or manipulated by another stylist before the adjustment. * A service adjustment is intended to correct the original service—not to create a new style or accommodate a change of mind. * If you decide you want a different style, length, color, or size after your appointment, it will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. * No refunds are offered on completed services. My goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and beautiful. If an issue arises, I will gladly work with you to make it right within the guidelines above.

25% Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. * Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged a 50% no-show fee. * The cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
